1 - 27 oz. can whole green chilies
1 lb. longhorn cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated
3 eggs
3 T. flour
1 large can evaporated milk
1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce (preferably with herbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Clean seeds from chilies and layer chilies and cheese in large casserole dish.

Beat together eggs, flour, and milk. Pour over chilies and cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

Pour salsa and sauce over top and bake an additional 30-40 minutes. ????

Cool 5 minutes and serve.
