1 cup popcorn kernels
1 cup butter
½ cup corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over med-low heat, bring butter, sugar and corn syrup to a boil stirring frequently. Remove from heat, add in baking soda, vanilla and salt. Place popped popcorn in large roasting pan. Pour caramel mixture over top. Add peanuts if desired. Stir well. Bake at 225ºF. for 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes. Enjoy :)
