4 eggs
1 box Jiffy muffin mix
6 ounce cottage cheese
1 box frozen chopped broccoli ( Cook and drain )
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 cup margarine ( melted )
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour a cookie sheet. Pour mixture in evenly. Bake on 350° until very light brown.
