16 oz tai-colored rotini pasta
1lb ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups cubed cheddar cheese
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
16 oz grage tomatoes, halved
1 can olives, sliced
16 oz catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Cook ground beef, drain well, add water and taco seasoning mix, simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes.

Rinse pasta in cold water and drain, place in large bowl. Add beef mixture. Add cheese, peppers, onions, tomatoes and olives. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a least 1 hours before serving.
