BUTTER

Directions:
If using fresh green beans, tip and snap enough beans for the family. Be sure to remove any strings. Even string-less beans can have strings if they are mature enough.


Clean and place in heavy saucepan with sufficient water (about 1/4 cup). Cook on low heat until beans are pale and drain. Place butter on top of beans and sprinkle in desired amount of garlic (or your desired seasoning). Allow butter to melt. Stir well with serving spoon to blend.
