1 MEDIUM ZUCCHINI, SLICED INTO SPEARS
1 TBSP COOKING OIL

1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
1 TBSP SOY SAUCE (OR TO TASTE)
1 TSP SESAME OIL

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in fry pan and saute zucchini until slightly seared. Heat broth, soy sauce and sesame oil in small saucepan. When ready to serve, pour over zucchini in fry pan. Serve hot.

We accidentally had an over abundance of zucchini this summer. I love anything soy/sesame oil and thought i would give this a shot. This is a keeper!!
