4 cups flour
1 pkg yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/12 cup warm water
2 tbsp butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a gallon sized ziplock bag spray inside of bag with cooking spray,
add dry ingredients. Make a hole in the flour mixture. Add water and melted butter.
Close bag tightly, releasing air out of bag. Knead and mix dough until all ingredients are mixed.
Let dough rise for 5-10 minutes. Knead again. Continue this process 2 more times. Dough can be made into bread, rolls, breadsticks, pizza dough or scones. Shape dough and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees. For bread 1 hour. Rolls and breadsticks: butter tops and bake 15-20 minutes. Pizza: roll or press onto pizza pan, brush lightly with garlic butter, pierce with a fork in 5 or 6 places and bake until set.
