1 package (8 oz.) wide noodles
1½ c. skim milk (divided)
3 T. flour
1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
8 oz. light or non-fat cream cheese
1 can tuna
½ c. sliced green olives
6 Slices part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Cook and rinse wide noodles. Heat ¾ c. skim milk in pan. Combine ¾ c. skim milk, flour, salt and pepper and add to pan, stirring constantly until thick and boils. Add cream cheese, when melted, add tuna and olives. LAYER small amount of sauce to cover bottom of 2 qt. casserole dish, add half of the noodles, half of remaining sauce, and 3 slices of mozzarella cheese. REPEAT. Top with breadcrumbs sprayed with canola oil. Bake 350º - 30 minutes until bubbly.
