- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4-5 bananas, mashed

- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 scoops (vanilla) protein powder
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of chocolate chips, as desired

Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients.

Line muffin tins with baking cups, spray with Pam

Bake at 400ºF for 16-20 minutes

Makes 12-16 Large muffins
