1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp corn startch
1 can pineapple chunks
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 recipe for Meatballs, prepared and cooked
White rice, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet used to cook meatballs.
2. Stir in pineapple chunks, vinegar and soy sauce.
3. Heat until boiling, while stirring constantly.
4. Once boiling, reduce heat to thicken. Add meatballs back to pan, coat in sauce and serve over white rice.
