1 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl beat together eggs and milk, gradually add flour and salt. Let rest 20 minutes.

In a large skillet (8” bottom) heat ½ tsp. Butter, then spoon in just enough batter to cover the bottom, (tilt pan to cover bottom to keep the crepe thin). Bake both sides golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used up.

This recipe is also good used in place of noodles in a clear broth.
