1 3/4 cups All-Purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup strong black coffee (or 2 tsp. instant coffee and 1 cup boiling water)
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 min. (batter will be thin). Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2 in. pan or two 9 in. cake pans. Bake at 350º for 35-40 min. for oblong pan or 30-35 min. for layer pans. Frost with melted Hershey bars or frosting below.

3 T. cocoa
3/4 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
3-4 T. milk


Directions:

Melt butter and cocoa. Add milk and powdered sugar. Melt a Hershey bar into the mixture and frost cake. As an alternative, can melt Hershey chocolate bars onto cake while warm and spread.
