1 c. Sugar
2 T. Flour
2 1/2 c. Pineapple juice
2 Beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 pkg. Acini de Pepe
1 (20 oz.) can Chunk pineapple
1 (20 oz.) can Crushed pineapple
2 (9 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 c. Mini marshmallows
1 can Mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, juice and eggs together. Heat until thick, add lemon juice. Leave to cool at room temperature. Boil pasta for 10 minutes. Drain and add to mix. Refrigerate overnight. Add pineapple, cool whip, marshmallows, and mandarin oranges the next day.
