2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Agave Nectar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Butter, Softened
2 (4oz) Cups Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Cup Chocolate Chips or Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. (Dry Ingredients) Mix Agave Nectar, butter (cream butter), applesauce, and vanilla (Wet Ingredients). Pour into dry ingredients bowl and mix (by hand or electric mixer). Fold in chocolate chips to the mixture of dry/wet ingredients. Roll the dough into little balls and put on a baking stone. (or cookie sheet of you prefer). Bake 10 - 14 minutes. until cookies are golden brown. Remove and let cool.
