3 kg small fresh cucumbers packed in jars

In each jar add:
1 tsp mustard seed
chopped fresh dill
1 onion sliced or quartered
6 pepper corns
2 whole allspice corns
Estragen if desired
¼ Bay leaf - optional

Mix and cook:
2 ltr 5% vinegar
2 ltr water
3 tbsp salt
2¼ c sugar

Cool and fill jars. Then cold pack for 10-15 minutes.
