Jalapeno Popper Dip


Ingredients:

4 oz can diced jalapenos, well drained
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup and 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a mixer, combine cream cheese and sour cream
2) Added cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, and diced jalapenos, mix well.
3) Spoon into 8 x 8 baking dish and spread evenly
4) Blend bread crumbs, melted butter, 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, and dried parsley, using fork until crumbly
5) Sprinkly the buttery crumb topping evenly over cream cheese mixture
6) Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown
7) Serve with bread or crackers
