2 cups flour
1½ cups sugar
1 t. salt
1½ t. soda
2 eggs
½ cup chopped nuts
2 t. vanilla
2 cups zucchini, peeled, seeded & grated
½ cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients and combine rest of ingredients. Spread dough in greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake 30 minutes in a 350º oven.
