Romaine lettuce
Red onion, thinly sliced
Raw walnuts
Dried Cranberries



2-3 shallots, finely chopped
1 large garlic clove, cut in 4ths
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon Chambord or any raspberry liqueur (optional)
8 Tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix romaine, thinly sliced red onions, cranberries and walnuts in any amount you choose. Accompany with Raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing, made as follows:

Mix together shallots, garlic, salt, pepper, honey, Chambord, and vinegar. Whisk in oil.

To make creamy raspberry dressing, add 1/2 cup whipped cream.
