6 plain Croissants, halved lengthwise
8 oz. Black Forest Ham, thinly sliced
2 cups White Cheddar Cheese, grated
8 eggs
2 c. milk
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place bottom half of croissant into 9x13 baking dish. Top with sheets of sliced ham and sprinkle with half cheddar cheese. Top with remaining half of the croissant.

Crack eggs into medium bowl and whisk in milk. Season with salt and pepper and pour over croissants. Press croissants down to make sure that they absorb egg mixture. Let soak in fridge for up to 8 hours.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350° F. Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole and with everything bagel spice if using. Cover with foil and bake for about 50-55 minutes.

Remove from oven, uncover, return and bake for additional 20 minutes, or until egg mixture has set but still jiggles when you tap baking dish. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
