Ingredients:  
whole chicken or equivalent amount of chicken, save broth
Onion
green onion
celery
butter
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 lb velveeta or cheddar cheese soup
salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook chicken and save broth. Shred and discard bones if necessary.
2. Saute onion, green onion and celery in butter.
3. Cook and drain spaghetti noodles
4. Add rotel, and velveeta. Mix all together and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes in casserole dish. Add a little broth so it won't be dry.
