4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 cup non-fat greek yogurt
¼ cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup artichoke, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. curry powder
3 whole wheat pitas, toasted cut into wedges.

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pitas in 350º oven for 5-7 min., or until golden brown. Combine all ingredients, mix well, place in oven safe dish. Bake 20-25 min., until top begins to brown.
Serve with pitas.
