⅔ cup sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 tsp. almond extract
2 cups flour
raspberry jam
pecan chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, butter and almond extract until soft and creamy.
Add flour and mix well.
Chill dough shape into 1-inch balls and roll into nuts.
Place on cookie sheet 2 in. apart.
Make a dent in each ball with your thumb tip and fill dent with jam.
Bake 10-12 min. @ 350º
Cool on rack
