2 cups yellow squash, drained and mashed
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 bag seasoned stuffing mix, large bag
1/2 stick of margarine
1 8 ounce container sour cream
3/4 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in a 9 x 11“ casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes
