3 medium cucumbers
3 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion finally chopped
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper ( optional )
1/2 cup freeze dried chives

Directions:
Directions:
In medium-size pot mix cornstarch and water until no lumps. Add in the one cup of vinegar and Simmer on medium for about 15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and add in the sugar, oil, salt, pepper and chives. Slice the vegetables and put in a bowl. When the sauce has cooled off pour over vegetables. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least one hour
