Boneless 5 pound pork rump roast
2 T garlic
1 t pepper
2 T olive oil
2 T Beef bullion granules
2 T honey
1 ½ t cumin
2 t Worcestershire sauce
red pepper seeds to taste
½ bottle barbeque sauce
Juice of 1 lime
1 can diced green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic, pepper, oil, bullion, honey, worcestershire sauce, and red pepper seeds and mix into a paste. Rub evenly onto roast and place fat side up in crock pot. Pour ¼ bottle BBQ sauce and green chilies over the top. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Roast should fall apart and shred easily. Pour the other half of BBq sauce and lime juice over the top and stir into shredded meat. Let warm and simmer until ready to serve.
