¼ C olive oil
½ C ricotta cheese
½ C parmesan cheese
½ t salt
2 cloves garlic
½ C chopped almonds or nuts

Mix together and store in 2 oz. containers in freezer (dixie cups) One 2 oz container mixed with 1 pound of pasta serves 2 people

I never used macaroni noodles. I used large noodles as my girls were growing up and they always called them "Pappa noodles". :)
