Crust -
1 C flour
2 T. Sugar
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C softened butter

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
2 C powdered sugar
2 Large size cool whips
2 4 oz. boxes pistachio pudding
3 C cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes and let cool.
Cream the cheese with the powdered sugar. Fold in 2 C of cool whip. Reserve remaining cool whip for topping. Spread this mixture on the cooled crust.
Prepare pudding as directed on box.
Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining cool whip and set in refrigerator.
