1 cube butter
1 package mushrooms
1 quart chicken stock
1 onion, dried
1 t garlic, crushed
1 t pepper
2 cans evaporated milk

5 tsp flour
4 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter and vegetables. Add bouillon, chicken stock, onion, garlic, and pepper. Let simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally.

Melt butter in separate pan and add 2-3 T gluten free flour until thick. Add the 1 C muld and stir until smooth. Then whisk into veggies and broth mixture. Let return to a boil. This will thicken it.
