2 C sugar
1 C butter softened
4 eggs
2 packages cream cheese softened
1 C finely chopped dried tart cherries
3 T tart cherry juice/syrup
1-2 oz red velvet food coloring
2 t vanilla
½ t vanilla custard flavoring
4-6 C gluten free flour
2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
10 oz greek yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream well the butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time. Mixing in between.

Mix in the cream cheese, cherries, cherry juice, food coloring, vanilla, vanilla custard flavoring and greek yogurt.

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes
