6 eggs
2 C white sugar
2 C sour cream
1 C vegetable oil
4 T lemon zest
4 T lemon extract
3-4 C gluten free flour
4 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 T poppyseed

GLAZE:
2 C powdered sugar
3 T fresh lemon juice
3 T lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients together until smooth.

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 min. Let cool 10-15 minutes and top with glaze.

GLAZE:
Mix ingredients together and drizzle on top of loaves when cooled enough.
