1 C butter softened
2 C white sugar
4 eggs
2 T vanilla
2 C pureed drained canned pears
1 ½ C applesauce
1 C brown sugar
1 t nutmeg
1 ½ C finely chopped and shelled pistachios
5 C gluten free flour
***NO SALT***
1 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
10 oz greek vanilla yogurt
2 t pear extract

Brown Sugar Glaze:
2-3 C powdered sugar
½ C brown sugar
½ C hot water
¼ t nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together well the butter and white sugar.

Add eggs one at a time.

Add pureed pears, applesauce, brown sugar, and nutmeg. mix well.

Add gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda, yogurt, pear extract and chopped pistachios and mix well.

Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes. Let cool 10-15 min and glaze

BROWN SUGAR GLAZE:
Mix all ingredients together and drizzle on top of loaves.
