2 C sugar
1 C butter softened
4 eggs
3 T orange zest
2 T vanilla
1 C orange juice
10 oz greek vanilla yogurt
1 ½ C applesauce
2 t baking soda
4-5 C gluten free flour
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 ½ C finely chopped craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy

Add eggs one at a time

Add orange zest, vanilla, orange juice, greek yogurt, and applesauce until mixed (I also add a touch of red and yellow food coloring to give the loafs an orangey color)

Add dry ingredients until mixed and fold in chopped craisins.

Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
