2 C sugar
1 C softened butter
4 eggs
2 T cinnamon
2 T vanilla
10 oz greek vanilla yogurt
4 C gluten free flour
2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 C peach pureé
1 package white chocolate chips (finely chopped)

Directions:

Cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time.

Add cinnamon, vanilla, and greek vanilla yogurt to butter mixture

Mix in the rest of dry ingredients.

Spray pans with pam spray and coat with cinnamon sugar and coat top with cinnamon sugar.

Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
