4 eggs
3 c. milk
Cay???
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1 T. dry onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Grated cheese??
Bread?

Directions:
Butter bread on both sides and butter 9x13 baking dish.

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk and seasoning. Dunk bread in egg mixture and line bottom of baking dish with one layer of bread. Top with sliced ham, grated cheese. Dunk remaining bread and layer on top. Pour remaining egg mixture over bread.

Refrigerate overnight and slice before baking. Bake at 350º for one hour.
