11 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 t. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa powder (good quality)
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:

1/2 c. ice water
9 T. nonfat instant dry milk powder

Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine egg whites, cream of tartar, water, vanilla and salt and beat until stiff.

In a separate bowl gently combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda.

Slowly add 2/3 c. sugar to egg white mixture.

Gently fold in half dry flour mixture at a time to egg white mixture until fully blended.

Bake at 350° in preheated oven in uncreased angel food pan. Cool Upside down on a bottle for 10 minutes.


Frosting:

Combine 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 8 oz plain strained yogurt

Combine 3 T. hot water with 1 package gelatin to soften. When fully softened add to above sugar mixture.

To Frost:

Cut cake in half horizontally through the middle then remove the trench ???

Fill with strawberries and frosting

Frost entire cake

Top with more Strawberries and refrigerate
