Crushed graham crackers (about 24)
½ c. butter, melted (1 stick)

2nd layer:
2 (8 oz.) cream cheeses, softened
2 c. powdered sugar or 1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

3rd layer:
2 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. lemon juice

4th layer:
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Crust:
Using a food processor, pulse graham crackers and butter until finely chopped. Pour and press evenly into pan.

Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool at least 40 minutes or longer before adding next layer.

2nd layer:
Mix with mixer the 2 cream cheeses, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add cool whip, mix and pour over cooled crust. Chill for 20 minutes in freezer. For best results, 1-2 hours of chill time in freezer helps layers stay separate.

3rd layer:
Use mixer to combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until thickened. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Put in freezer and let it chill at least 1 hour before adding the final layer.

4th layer:
Top with Cool Whip.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

**Refrigerate overnight for best results.
