4 fresh avocados
2 fresh limes
¼-½ c. red onion, diced
¼ c. fresh Roma tomato, diced
Handful of chopped fresh cilantro
Pinch of salt
Bag of tortilla chips or fried flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut in half and remove avocado seed. Scoop flesh from skin with a spoon and mash avocado flesh in bowl with masher until smooth.

Add cilantro, red onion, tomatoes and mix well.

Cut limes in half and squeeze fresh juice into mixture and then add a pinch of salt for taste.

Mix well and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours (better if overnight) before serving.
