8 large apples
1 cup of water
2 teaspoons of lemon juice (more or less depending on how sweet the apples are)
cinnamon if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and core the apples
2. put apples, water, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if desired) into instapot
secure lid and cook on manual, high pressure for 9 minutes
3. Do a quick release OR allow pressure to release naturally (I do a quick release)
keeps in frig for about a week
