2 cups of quick cooking rolled oats
2 cups of sifted flour
1 3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c butter
1lb 12oz jar (3 cups) of Crosse & Blackwell Mincemeat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large bowl 2 cups of quick cooking rolled oats, 2 cups of sifted flour, 1 3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 c butter and cut in, until mixture is in fine crumbs. Pat 2/3 of crumb mixture into greased 13" x 9" x2" pan. Spoon 1lb 12oz jar (3 cups) of Crosse & Blackwell Mincemeat evenly over top of the crumb mixture. Then mix 1/2 c chopped nuts into remaining crumb mixture and sprinkle over mincemeat layer. Then bake at 350ºF for 60 min. Then cool in the pain and cut into 1 1/2 squares for serving.
