Put all ingredients together in a pan, put on the stove and let come to a boil. Then take off the stove and let cool or start to set. DO NOT add any water to the jell-O.

While this is cooling take 1 cup of pet milk (evaporated milk) cold and whip it. When you have it started to whip add 1-2 tbsp. of lemon juice to help make it nice and fluffy.
Then when the pineapple mix is cooled add the whip and pour into you pie shell.

Optional topping: whip cream and sprinkle with nuts. (also good in a graham cracker crust)
