8 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1 tsp Salt
3 tbs Oleo, Butter or Bacon fat
1/4 c Chopped Onions
1/4 c Chopped Green Pepper
1/4 c Chopped Mango
Dash Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with fork (mix slightly if you want egg whites to show, beat well if you want it all yellow) pour into greased skillet and keep stirring as eggs sets at the bottom until all the egg is cooked. Add onions, peppers and mango while cooking in the skillet. Serve immediately when eggs sit after cooking they get watery.
