Ingredients: garlic chicken: 1 whole chicken fryer 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 tablespoon olive oil 2-3 gloves garlic minced dash of salt and pepper Spicy Teriyaki sauce: 1 cup water 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pepper (red,green,yellow) of your choice (I prefer sweet peppers) 1 tablespoon hoisen sauce 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce

Directions:In large frying pan add both oils and heat pan to medium heat. Add chicken to frying pan and cook 15 minutes turning occasionally. Turn heat to low and continue to cook 10 more minutes. After 25 minutes has gone by add 2-3 gloves of the minced garlic. Stirring in garlic to meld with the chicken. Continue to cook for another 10-20 minutes on low until chicken is cooked through. While chicken is cooking in another pan add ingredients for the Spicy Teriyaki Sauce. Cook on low for 20 minutes. When sauce reached a low boil around the edges you are done. Turn sauce off and wait for chicken to complete. When chicken is complete, place on a plate. Add sauce to the chicken pan and turn to high heat. Deglaze pan with whisk until sauce reaches a boil. Serve with rice of your choice. |
