6 chicken pieces--bone in (remove skins for less fat)
2 T olive oil
5 medium tomatoes--quartered
1 medium onion--quartered
2 t chicken bullion or 2 cubes
3 cloves garlic
1 ½ t cumin
1 t salt
1 Anaheim green chili pepper--sliced (seeds removed for milder dish)
6 medium red potatoes--sliced ¼ inch thick and halved.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in large deep skillet.
Brown chicken on all sides.
Meanwhile, in a blender combine tomatoes, onion, bullion garlic, cumin and salt.
Blend until there are no large chunks.
Add to browned chicken.
Add sliced potatoes and chilies
Simmer about 15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender.

Serve with green vegetables and a flour tortilla for a complete aesthetically pleasing meal.
