1 Red Onion, chopped
2 Peppers (Orange, Green, Yellow, etc) chopped
1 16 oz can of Black Beans, drained
1 16 oz can of Kidney Beans, drained
1 16 oz can of Chili Beans, undrained
1 16 oz can of Tomato Sauce
1 16 oz can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 16 oz can of Diced Tomatoes w/Chilies
1 12 oz bag of Frozen Corn
1 4 oz can of Diced Green Chili Peppers
1 packet of Taco Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Tenders

1 Small Bunch of Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker. Mix well.
2. Place chicken in slow cooker making sure the meat is completely covered.
3. Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.
4. Remove chicken and either shred or chop. Add chopped fresh cilantro to slow cooker. . Return to slow cooker for 30 minutes.
