2 Cups Original Bisquick mix
1 Cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
2 Eggs, slightly beaten with a teaspoon of water
1 Stick butter, melted
2 Pounds chicken breasts cut into ¾ inch thick strips

1. Preheat oven to 450º F. Line jelly roll pan with a silpat sheet or parchment paper.
Mix bisquick, parmesan cheese, salt and garlic powder until well blended in a large bowl.
2. Dip chicken pieces in egg and then into the Bisquick mixture until well coated. Place on pan. Repeat with remaining chicken.
3. Drizzle melted butter over chicken.
Bake for 7 minutes. Flip with pancake turner. Bake for an addition 6-8 minutes until golden brown and chicken is no longer pink in the center.

You may have to make additional Bisquick mixture if you run short. I always do! BTW ... this is a sticky mess ... be prepared to wash your hands a lot. This is almost direct from Betty Crocker. I added the seasoned salt and upped the amount of butter. Do not use aluminum foil! The chicken sticks and usually leaves most of the breading on the foil. The silpat sheets work miracles.
