1 acorn squash
1/2 C liquid
2 Tb evoo
1 Tb balsamic vinegar
1 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp ground pepper
3 Tb fresh rosemary, chopped
3 garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut acorn squash in half. Scoop out seeds. Cut each half in quarters.

Pour liquid in slow cooker. Layer slices, flesh up. Drizzle other ingredients.

Cook on low 7-8 hours.
