1 cup hot water
1 small box lime jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
12 large marshmallows
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add hot water to lime jello and let thicken (can thicken in fridge). Drain the crushed pineapple, saving the juice. Heat pineapple juice with the marshmallows. Put in the fridge to set. When jello has thickened, whip with electric mixer until very fluffy. Also whip with mixer the thickened pineapple juice and marshmallow mixture. Fold the two together. Add the pineapple, cottage cheese, cream (straight from the carton - do not whip) and nuts. Let set in fridge for 2 hours.
