1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box of lemon jello
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar (or orange juice)
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry lemon jello to dry cake mix then add oil and apricot nectar. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each addition. Add the lemon extract, mix. Bake at 325º for 1 hour 10 minutes. Best made in well greased and floured bundt pan or angel food cake pan. While warm, drizzle glaze made from 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and the juice of 1 lemon.
