2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup finely crushed saltines (about 16 crackers)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
pepper
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage, pepper. Add beef, mix well. Shape into ungreased 8 1/2 by 4 inch loaf pan. Combine rest of remaining ingredients. Spread 3/4 cup of mixture over the meat loaf. Bake at 350º for 60-65 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain. Let stand 10 minutes, slice.
