1/3 cup dry tea (or 6 tea bags)
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon (or 4 cinnamon sticks)
1 tsp. allspice
3 cups sugar
1 qt. boiling water (4 cups)
Juice of 3 oranges
Juice of 3 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Add tea and spices to boiled water. Add sugar and let steep 3 hours. Strain mixture. Add strained juices to tea mixture. When ready to serve, add 1 gallon boiling water or 2 cups concentrate to 1 quart boiling water.
